CarePath Mobility

Services

CarePath Mobility is preparing a scheduled transportation model centered on recurring care, facility coordination, and dependable communication.

Pre-launch notice: CarePath is not yet accepting passenger trip bookings. Service offerings shown here describe the planned launch model and will be activated only after required operational, insurance, vehicle, driver, and compliance readiness is complete.

Planned launch services

Core launch

Ambulatory assisted transportation

Scheduled transportation for passengers who can enter and exit a standard passenger vehicle with appropriate non-clinical assistance.

Core launch

Recurring care schedules

Standing or repeat trip coordination for dialysis, therapy, adult day programs, recurring medical appointments, and similar needs.

Facility-focused

Facility-coordinated transportation

One transportation relationship for authorized scheduling, status communication, recurring trip planning, and service issue escalation.

Planned

Discharge and return-home trips

Non-emergency scheduled trips from hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other care settings when operational coverage permits.

Future phase

Wheelchair-accessible transportation

Wheelchair-accessible service is planned for a later phase based on documented demand, proper vehicle acquisition/conversion, and operational readiness. CarePath does not currently advertise in-chair wheelchair transportation as an active service.

Regional

Longer-distance scheduled care trips

Selected regional transportation may be added where route economics, scheduling, and passenger needs support dependable service.

What CarePath is not

CarePath is not an ambulance service, emergency medical service, or clinical care provider. The planned service is non-emergency, non-clinical transportation. For emergencies, call 911.

Service design principles

  • Protect on-time performance before adding volume.
  • Build route density around recurring accounts.
  • Communicate early when schedules change.
  • Use clear pricing and documented service expectations.
  • Expand vehicle types only when demand and compliance justify it.
